Fitness Mentorship
Designed for clients seeking the highest level of support, accountability, education, and individualized coaching through weekly live training sessions.
Includes everything in Coaching, plus:
Weekly 50-minute live training sessions via Zoom or FaceTime
Fully coached workouts from start to finish
Real-time feedback, exercise modification, and movement correction
Personalized coaching focused on the client’s evolving needs, including:
exercise technique
confidence-building
mindset support
emotional and mental check-ins
motivation and accountability
overcoming physical or logistical training barriers
Continued independent workouts and programming outside of live sessions
Ongoing adjustments based on progress, recovery, stress levels, and lifestyle demands
Sessions can be completed:
in a home gym
in a commercial gym
or in any training environment where the client feels comfortable participating in a video session
